we can't depend on US or UN.

US politics is different than the other countries.
in US, corporates are the real players.
US corporates have a lots of investments in china.
what ever politics say, they can't move without their permissions.
eg: chevron is making two billions dollar per year for the burmese military government.
but they are still doing the business in burma. sanction didn't belongs to them but belongs to us.
also total company is doing business in burma.
US corporates have a lots of investments in china.
so, US corporates don't want the disappointment from china.
china is going to be the major player in the region for decades.
we can't succeed without china approval.
i believe that china is waiting the right time to play the game.
it is going to be within ten years but not soon.

UN can't cross the line from china and russia.
they only want to show that they are trying. but they've already known that they are failing.
